If we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will contact you to let you know. Backordered items will not be charged until shipped.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Calabasas Saddlery. Most items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as they are in new condition and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged and sales are final on clearance items.
In order to return an item, please enclose the receipt and all original tags and send the item back using an insured and trackable shipping company like UPS, FedEx or DHL. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for all returns or exchanges, except when the item is incorrect or defective.
A refund or store credit is issued within 2 weeks of receipt of return. Refunds are given in the same form as original payment.
