This bit features the Intuport Flexi mouthpiece with a medium port designed to create space for the tongue. By lifting the center of the mouthpiece away from the tongue, pressure is reduced and redistributed across the bars. This design can be beneficial for horses with a sensitive tongue or horses that tend to stick their tongue out in response to pressure.

The port includes a flat surface that contacts the palate while maintaining a flat surface across the tongue. This helps reduce tongue pressure while supporting consistent contact.

The mouthpiece is constructed from TPU, providing flexibility while maintaining durability. Inside the mouthpiece, a wire core reinforces the structure to maintain strength while preserving flexibility. The mouthpiece is also designed with a slight forward angle to better follow the natural anatomy of the horse’s mouth.

The D cheekpiece helps stabilize the bit in the horse’s mouth while offering lateral guidance. The fixed ring design helps prevent the bit from sliding through the mouth and supports clearer directional aids.
